I am a qualified holistic life coach who specialises in life transitions. My approach is informed by depth psychology (including Jungian psychology) and eastern spirituality (including yoga).
I work on all four realms of being (physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual) to help you move through life transitions and challenges in a way that serves you shape the life you authentically want.
I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and work with clients to help them become who they truly are beyond what’s happened to them and how they were raised. I view resistance, anxiety, depression and fear as gateways to help you access your inner wisdom and become your own advocate and coach to help shape the life that authentically reflects you.
Sadly, for too many of us, our journeys into parenthood, our rite of passage as mothers and fathers start with a challenging and/or traumatic birth experience. However, trauma doesn’t have to define us, nor the relationships we will shape afterwards, including with our children, partners, and most importantly ourselves.
While birth trauma recovery is not a linear process, I have seen time and time how the first step to recovery is to get out of that flight or fight response and alleviate the trauma symptoms before doing deeper work. This is where, as a fully qualified Traumatic Birth Recovery 3 step rewind practitioner, I help clients process and recover from their birth trauma to help them start shaping the life they want.
I am also an advanced yoga teacher and in the process of qualifying as a perinatal emotional health practitioner with TBR college to support you in your fertility, prenatal and postnatal journeys (anxiety, PND, fertility).
