I am a mum of 4 who is trained in early years, but I enjoyed working more with parents and children together and over time have specialised in maternal wellness in the perinatal period.
My toolbox is full of resources to support your wellness and to help you discover your parenting style and how to use that to support your baby’s wellness and development. My tools are science backed (yes, I can be a bit geeky!) and I’m a trauma informed practitioner so you can know you are in safe hands.
