Hi I’m Jodie,
I’m a Trauma-informed, Traumatic Birth Recovery 3 Step Rewind Practitioner and Women’s Health Coach. I support mums who have experienced Baby Loss and or a traumatic birth and parents with Traumatic Birth Symptoms.
I have dedicated the last 9 years to my own baby loss healing journey and I’m passionate about supporting mums with the tools, practices and wisdom I gained and practised on my journey, to soothe my soul, balance my anxiety thinking and panic attacks releasing the emotional overwhelm internally and externally in my body too maintain my Mental and Emotional Wellbeing and avoid emotional overwhelm and burnout in my life that I was experiencing on a daily basis with my Birth Trauma Symptoms and grief that I was unaware of.
To further my knowledge to support you I am currently a student studying the Course Understanding Perinatal Anxiety and Building Emotional Resilience to help support you with your mental and emotional distress through the Perinatal Phase, Postnatal Recovery and support you to feel safe and comfortable if you are considering future pregnancy’s.
I also support and help empower you to build a trauma-informed birth plan and help you understand your Birthing Rights so you can advocate for yourself and feel confident in moving forward when you feel safe and comfortable again.
