I am a practising therapist, doula and perinatal educator with a special interest in women’s perinatal emotional health and wellbeing. I am experienced in working within difficult, challenging and sensitive areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma and loss. I also run weekly Daisy Birthing and postnatal mum and baby yoga classes. I am currently undertaking a PhD in psychology researching mindfulness and women’s health during pregnancy and early motherhood.
