My name is Gill and I am an accredited therapist. I work exclusively supporting women experiencing pregnancy, birth and post-birth issues.
I have spent over fifteen years working in a variety of professional settings and this experience allows me a considered and sensitive approach towards my clients.
Sometimes it helps to talk to someone outside of your family and friends so that you can gain a fresh perspective.

Talking therapy or counselling is a gentle process and a good way to release your feelings in a safe and highly confidential space. The end result is that you have a clearer understanding of why you feel the way you do, which is liberating and empowering.
The TBR Bring Relief With Your Debrief session is an extremely effective method for freeing emotions after a traumatic birth. You still can feel traumatised even if the hospital states you had a “normal delivery”. These feelings can last many years unless addressed to give closure.
My Hypnobirthing sessions are designed purely with you in mind. To elevate any fears or natural feelings of anxiety about your pending birth. Filling you with confidence as you embark on this incredible journey.
On a personal note, I understand how it feels to be a new mum. Over 25 years ago I had my first child. I remember the feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed. I had undiagnosed postnatal depression and was living with the effects of birth trauma. I couldn’t understand why I felt so bad about myself. I had a lovely home and a wonderful partner. This added to my feelings of shame, guilt and isolation.
It wasn’t until many years later, through therapy I was able to explore all the negative feelings I had experienced and I began to feel much stronger and happier.
