When you’ve suffered a traumatic birth the world can feel like a lonely place. Carrying the weight of your trauma symptoms every day is exhausting and you may wonder, why did this happen to me? Sometimes it feels like nobody ‘gets you’ and everything is just really hard.
Alex believes that no person deserves to feel this way when they embark upon the precious journey of parenthood and is dedicated to helping parents put the spring firmly back in their step and become fully present in family life once again.
After experiencing her own traumatic caesarean birth experience in 2014, Alex has built a speciality in helping caesarean mums move from a place of guilt and isolation to a place of confidence and pride. She is a hypnobirthing practitioner, doula and mindfulness & meditation teacher and is known for her non-judgmental, compassionate approach to supporting parents on their path to feeling calm, joyful and confident.
